Taiwan-based container shipping line Yang Ming Marine Transport Corporation has announced its consolidated financial report for the first nine months of 2025. The report was approved by the company's board of directors and audit committee on November 12, 2025.
For the period from January 1 to September 30, 2025, the company recorded total operating revenue of NT$126.27 billion ($3.88 billion) and an operating income of NT$15.53 billion.

Italian shipping company the Grimaldi Group recently took delivery of two new pure car and truck carriers (PCTCs) in a series from China State Shipbuilding Corporation subsidiary Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding (SWS).

DOF Group ASA (DOF) announced that three PLSVs (pipelay support vessels) owned through a joint venture between DOF (50%) and TechnipFMC (50%) have secured contract extensions with Petrobras in Brazil.
Skandi Vitória and Skandi Niterói have had their current contracts extended from Q4-2025 until Q1-2027. The 3-year contracts announced in June 2024 will now commence following the extension period. Skandi Açu has had its current contract extended from Q3-2026 until Q1-2027. The 3-year contract announced in August 2024 will now commence following the extension period. The contract extensions add approximately USD 100 million of backlog to DOF. All other terms and conditions of the 3-year contracts previously announced remain unchanged.
