Antecedentes de hecho

El Comité de Seguridad Marítima (MSC) de la Organización Marítima Internacional (OMI), en su reunión de 21 de noviembre de 2014, correspondiente al 94.º periodo de sesiones, adoptó una serie de enmiendas a distintos capítulos del anexo al Convenio Internacional para la Seguridad de la Vida Humana en el Mar, 1974 (Convenio SOLAS), las cuales figuran en la Resolución MSC.380 (94) de dicho Comité de la OMI y entrarán

EU researchers have developed new reporting software to help Europe’s maritime transport sector achieve cost and time efficiencies.

A new software application designed to make reporting obligations for shipping operators simpler and more cost effective has been developed through the FP7-funded EMAR project. The new system, called i-Ship, connects vessels, operators and reporting authorities together in a collaborative web-based reporting system that offers greater clarity and speed.

The system achieves this by providing a single link for shipping companies to submit their reporting formalities. i-Ship is fully compliant with EU administrative procedural laws, and also offers users a range of advanced reporting features including easy pre-loading and notifications.

Danish systems and sensors house Terma unveiled a new compact tactical mission system for small ships at DSEI 2015 in London.

Based on the company's full-sized C-Flex combat management system, C-Flex Compact is a scaled-down version designed to meet the requirements of maritime patrol vessels carrying out search-and-rescue operations and law enforcement tasks. According to the company it provides situational awareness, supports efficient planning and decision-making, and contains tools for intelligence and legal evidence collection.

Speaking to IHS Jane'sat the exhibition, a Terma spokesman said that the company had been developing the product over the last couple of years in order to accommodate a perceived gap in the market for small-

Bandera azul. Playas esplendorosas. Todo maravilloso. Pero la contaminación marina está presente en muchas playas españolas. En los lugares de baño. Allí donde se bañan decenas de personas, que se exponen a lo peor. Y las autoridades competentes guardan silencio. Ya lo resolverá la Seguridad Social, por urgencias, porque por otra vía puede tardar meses. Y mientras los presupuestos crecen y crecen. SE dice que sobran funcionarios, pero lo que falta es conciencia social, sentido de la responsabilidad. Discurso político y evidencia, viven en un divorcio permanente.
