La Fiscalía Nacional Económica (FNE) acusó ayer ante el Tribunal de Defensa de la Libre Competencia (TDLC) a las chilenas Compañía Sudamericana de Vapores (CSAV) y Compañía Chilena de Navegación Interoceánica (CCNI); a la coreana Eukor Car Carriers Inc. (Eukor); y a las japonesas Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha (K-Line), Mitsui O.S.K. Lines Ltd. (MOL) y Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (NYK) por haberse coludido en múltiples procesos de contratación de transporte marítimo de automóviles realizados por los fabricantes o consignatarios de distintas marcas
