Propuesta de una terna de nombres (va indicado dentro de la instancia; se puede presentar con posterioridad).
Proyecto de construcción por titulado debidamente autorizado y visado por el Colegio correspondiente. (tres copias).
Fotocopia del D.N.I. del Titular contratante, CIF, Escritura de Constitución de Sociedad, Poder de representación, según corresponda.
Para acreditar la legal importación del motor, en caso de no ser fabricado en España, deberá adjuntar:
Certificado emitido por la Sociedad Importadora Española, en papel de la Entidad, suscrito por persona con poder

Navigation equipment caught up in legal storm
A maritime law firm is investigating the legal implications of navigation equipment affected by solar storms.
This follows the UK Met Office’s opening of a new forecast centre named ‘Space weather’, which describes changing environmental conditions in the near-Earth space. Magnetic fields, radiation, particles and matter in Earth’s upper atmosphere could impact radio communications and GPS, and disrupt power grids, says the Met Office.
In a bid to understand the legal implications associated with these potential disruptions, UK-based Pysdens, reviewed national and international transport law under its commercial and legal models.

The rescue of all persons in distress at sea – including illegal migrants – is an obligation under international maritime law, as well as being a long established humanitarian duty, says the International Chamber of Shipping (ICS).
ICS said that its member commercial ship operators are involved on a daily basis in the rescue of refugees at sea in the Mediterranean.
” Whatever may be decided by policy makers in EU Member States, the legal and humanitarian obligation of merchant ships to provide assistance to anyone in distress at sea will remain unchanged, “says ICS.
